Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya relasi antara atasan terhadap bawahan melalui pembinaan kerja dan memiliki beberapa dampak besar kepada kinerja para karyawannya. Bentuk relasi antara atasan dan bawahan yang memiliki tujuan mengedukasi para karyawan agar dapat bekerja senyaman mungkin tetapi tetap dalam SOP yang diterapkan perusahaan.

Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa konsumsi pakan yang ditambah asam glutamat 2,25% mampu memperbaiki respons fisiologis ikan akibat menurunnya beban kerja hati yang dicirikan dengan penurunan nilai AST, serta meningkatnya kandungan beberapa asam amino hati, walau belum mampu memperbaiki kinerja pertumbuhan dan pemanfaatan pakan oleh ikan nila.
